As a Project Manager – Clinical Research at TreSpheres, you will oversee and manage clinical research projects and clinical trials, ensuring they meet regulatory standards, timelines, and client expectations. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical research studies and trials.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including clinical research associates, data managers, and regulatory specialists.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, CROs, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinical research activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Data Oversight: Monitor clinical trial data quality and integrity, coordinating with data management teams to resolve issues.
- CRO Collaboration: Leverage prior CRO experience to streamline processes and foster strong partnerships with external organizations.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm (mandatory).
- Experience: Proven track record in managing clinical research projects or clinical trials.
- CRO Experience: Prior experience in Contract Research Organizations (CROs) is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Pune or Nagpur, Maharashtra.
