🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Develop oral solid dosage forms (OSD) such as tablets, capsules, and suspensions
- Execute lab-scale and pilot-scale trial batches and optimize processes
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and scientific literature reviews
- Support scale-up and technology transfer (TT) activities
- Prepare and review development reports, protocols, and documentation
- Coordinate with analytical teams for method development and testing
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges
- Ensure compliance with ICH, USFDA, and EMA regulatory guidelines
🎯 Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of formulation development principles
- Hands-on experience in granulation, compression, and coating
- Knowledge of QbD, DoE, and risk assessment (preferred)
- Expertise in Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical R&D environment
