Job Description & Key Requirements
1. Medical Coder – E/M-OP
📌 Experience: Minimum 1 year in E/M-OP coding
📌 Certification: AAPC (CPC/COC) or AHIMA (CCA/CCS-P) certified
📌 Responsibilities:
- Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for outpatient E/M services
- Maintain coding accuracy & productivity standards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and coding guidelines
2. Senior Medical Coder
📌 Experience: 1-2 years in E/M-OP coding
📌 Certification: AAPC/AHIMA certification required
📌 Responsibilities:
- Perform second-level coding reviews
- Train and mentor junior coders
- Assist in audit feedback & process improvements
3. Quality Analyst (QA) – Medical Coding
📌 Experience: 1+ year in coding quality audits
📌 Certification: Certified Medical Coder (AAPC/AHIMA)
