Job Description: Regulatory Affairs Executive / Sr. Executive

Position Overview:
Yash Pharma is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Based in Thane, Maharashtra, this role involves managing regulatory submissions for domestic and international (ROW – Rest of World) markets. You’ll play a key part in ensuring products meet global standards, from dossier compilation to agency interactions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, compile, and review regulatory dossiers in CTD (Common Technical Document) and ACTD (ASEAN Common Technical Dossier) formats for submission to authorities in ROW markets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA (Quality Assurance), QC (Quality Control), R&D (Research & Development), and Production, to gather and verify required documents.
  • Liaise with national and international regulatory agencies to facilitate timely submissions and approvals.
  • Stay updated on evolving regulatory guidelines from WHO, USFDA, and other bodies, ensuring full compliance across all operations.
  • Maintain and update regulatory databases, submission trackers, and documentation systems for efficient tracking.
  • Review product artworks, labels, and promotional materials to confirm regulatory compliance and avoid any pitfalls.
