- Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical production, preferably in injectables or formulations.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform vial washing and sterilization to ensure contamination-free processes.
- Handle compounding of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients.
- Execute bottle filling and vial filling operations with precision using automated and semi-automated machinery.
- Oversee vial sealing and quality checks to maintain product integrity.
- Adhere to safety protocols, documentation, and batch record maintenance in line with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 1 month acceptable.

2. Operator – Production
- Qualifications: B.Sc (Chemistry/Microbiology) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years (entry-level to mid-level) in production lines.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in vial washing, compounding, and filling processes under supervision.
- Support bottle and vial filling/sealing operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Record operational data and report deviations.
- Notice Period: Immediate / 1 month.
3. Officer / Senior Officer – Production
- Qualifications: B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, or M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences/Chemistry).
- Experience: 3+ years for Officer; 5+ years for Senior Officer in supervisory roles.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead production teams in vial washing, compounding, filling, and sealing activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory audits.
- Optimize production efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Train junior staff and conduct quality assurance checks.
