Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment for vial washing, filling, autoclaving, and microfluidizer processes in general injectables and Lupride production.
- Assist in upstream mammalian cell culture and biotech production activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols in pharma production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing lines for efficiency and quality control.
- Collaborate with engineering and common departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, or related fields for operator and officer roles.
- Experience in pharma production, especially injectables and biotech, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and knowledge of GMP regulations.
- For manager positions, 5+ years in upstream cell culture or biotech production.
- Fresh graduates with relevant certifications are welcome for entry-level roles.
