Key Responsibilities
As a CRA at ZENOVEL, you will:
- Conduct monitoring visits for BA/BE studies in healthy volunteers
- Ensure protocol compliance, GCP adherence, and regulatory requirements
- Verify source data, CRFs, and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with investigators, site teams, and project managers
- Report deviations, observations, and study progress
- Maintain documentation and prepare monitoring reports
- Ensure subject safety and ethical compliance
- Support audits and inspections as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- More than 4 years of monitoring experience
- Mandatory BA/BE studies experience (healthy volunteer trials)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively
- Thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines and GCP
