Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – Quality Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality management systems at our state-of-the-art facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Quality Management & Continuous Improvement
- Conducting line clearance and ensuring shop floor compliance.
- Performing in-process checks and sampling activities.
- Assisting in complaint investigations, qualification, validation, change control, and deviation management.
- Preparing and reviewing Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).
- Reviewing Batch Manufacturing & Packing Records.
- Coordinating cGMP training activities for staff.
- Documentation Control
- Preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Managing the controlled distribution and archival of documents.
- Overseeing the issuance of batch records, ATR, logbooks, and controlled formats.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance of the archival room.
- Product Quality Assurance
- Implementing in-process controls to ensure product quality.
- Reviewing executed Batch Manufacturing & Packing Records.
- Ensuring the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) from deviations and customer complaints.
- Conducting effectiveness reviews of implemented CAPA.
- Reviewing batch records and analytical testing records.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a reputed university.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in regulatory-approved OSD manufacturing units.
