Key Responsibilities – Bioanalytical ADL (R&D)
- Design, develop, and validate bioanalytical methods for vaccines and biologics
- Perform and supervise ELISA, cell-based assays, and potency assays
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
- Review analytical data, protocols, and validation reports
- Support regulatory submissions and responses to global health authorities
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to laboratory excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and quality teams
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Education: M.Sc / M.Pharm / Ph.D in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related discipline
- Experience: 10–15 years in Bioanalytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ELISA
- Cell-based assays
- Potency assays
- Experience in vaccine or biologics R&D is highly preferred
- Knowledge of global regulatory expectations (ICH, WHO, EMA, USFDA)
