Key Responsibilities
Analyst / Sr. Analyst – Nutrition & Water
- Perform HPLC-based analysis of vitamins, preservatives, and food colors.
- Conduct GC-based fatty acid profiling and routine nutritional evaluations.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records in line with QMS and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Analyst – Microbiology
- Conduct microbiological analysis of food and water samples.
- Perform microbial enumeration, pathogen detection, and media preparation.
Residue Analyst / Sr. Analyst
- Operate and calibrate GCMSMS and LCMSMS systems.
- Analyze pesticide residues, contaminants, and trace-level compounds.
Team Lead / Group Leader – Residue
- Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead a team of 5–10 analysts, coordinate workflow & quality checks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or allied sciences.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, GCMSMS, LCMSMS instruments.
- Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, and laboratory documentation.
- Ability to manage workflows and ensure high-quality analytical output.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
