Key Responsibilities
Clinical Research Coordinator
- Coordinate and manage oncology clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and protocol requirements
- Maintain clinical trial documentation and source data
- Support investigators during patient screening, enrollment, and follow-up
- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and ethics committees
Research Project Manager
- Oversee planning and execution of clinical research projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional research teams
- Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance across projects
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Clinical Research background
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc / equivalent (as per detailed TMC notification)
Experience
- Relevant experience in clinical trials, oncology research, or project management preferred
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical documentation is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Clinical Research Coordinator: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Research Project Manager: ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month
