Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Preparation and maintenance of stock solutions and working buffers.
- Purification of recombinant products using chromatography techniques including:
- Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC)
- Ion Exchange Chromatography (IEX)
- Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography (IMAC)
- Preparative HPLC
- Performing ultrafiltration and diafiltration using different molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) cassettes.
- Analysis of in-process and finished product samples using HPLC.
- Maintenance and calibration support for laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Laboratory documentation, data management, report preparation, and laboratory notebook maintenance.
- Following laboratory quality standards and research protocols.
Required Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E in Biotechnology
- B.Sc Biotechnology
- M.Sc Biotechnology
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry experience.
