Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data management activities in clinical trials
- Assist in CRF design, data validation, and discrepancy management
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations
- Support database lock activities and audit readiness
- Maintain documentation as per ICH-GCP guidelines
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- BSc / MSc (Life Sciences or related field)
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in Clinical Data Management (DM)
- Preferably exposure to startup or CRO environments
- Skills:
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes
- Familiarity with EDC systems
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
