🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Maintain laboratory documentation and records as per SOPs
- Conduct environmental monitoring and hygiene checks
- Assist in validation and calibration of microbiological equipment
- Follow GMP, GLP, and HACCP guidelines
🎓 Qualifications Required
- MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology
- Basic understanding of microbiological techniques and lab instruments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
