🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Perform OSD manufacturing operations like granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling
• Handle primary & secondary packing (blister, sachet, cartoning, labeling)
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA)
• Conduct analytical testing (HPLC, Dissolution, PMQC) in QC
• Manage QMS activities: deviation, CAPA, change control, documentation
• Execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of pharma equipment
• Handle raw material & packing material inventory in warehouse
• Maintain batch records, SOPs, and audit readiness

🎓 Qualifications Required

• Production / QA / QC / Warehouse:
  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm
  • B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Life Sciences)
  • Diploma / ITI / 10th / 12th (for operator roles)
• Maintenance:
  • B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)
  • Diploma in Engineering

🧠 Skills & Experience

• 2–10 years in pharmaceutical formulation industry
• Hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing & packing lines
• Knowledge of USFDA, MHRA, GMP regulations
• Experience with HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Stability studies (QC)
• Exposure to QMS systems (QA roles)
• Strong documentation and compliance skills
