🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Perform OSD manufacturing operations like granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling
- Handle primary & secondary packing (blister, sachet, cartoning, labeling)
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA)
- Conduct analytical testing (HPLC, Dissolution, PMQC) in QC
- Manage QMS activities: deviation, CAPA, change control, documentation
- Execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of pharma equipment
- Handle raw material & packing material inventory in warehouse
- Maintain batch records, SOPs, and audit readiness
🎓 Qualifications Required
- Production / QA / QC / Warehouse:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Life Sciences)
- Diploma / ITI / 10th / 12th (for operator roles)
- Maintenance:
- B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)
- Diploma in Engineering
🧠 Skills & Experience
- 2–10 years in pharmaceutical formulation industry
- Hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing & packing lines
- Knowledge of USFDA, MHRA, GMP regulations
- Experience with HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Stability studies (QC)
- Exposure to QMS systems (QA roles)
- Strong documentation and compliance skills
