Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients regarding CRO services and clinical research projects
- Act as a communication bridge between project teams and sponsors
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution
- Plan, monitor, and control different phases of clinical research projects
- Prepare and manage service agreements and confidential documents
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure timely submission of DCGI NOC documents for BA/BE studies
- Update management on project progress and key activities
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by leadership
Qualifications & Skills Required
- MBA / B.Pharm / M.Pharm in relevant discipline
- 2–4 years experience in clinical research, CRO, or project management
- Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical processes and regulatory requirements (DCGI, BA/BE studies)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in SOP preparation, documentation, and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
