Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Support and coordinate with sales teams across business functions.
- Act as a liaison between field sales teams and internal departments.
- Resolve field complaints, operational queries, and administrative issues within defined timelines.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Monitor sales performance and business metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and organizational compliance.
- Maintain data accuracy and generate business insights using Microsoft Excel.
- Participate in business improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
