Key Responsibilities
As an IPQA Associate, you will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during manufacturing and packing operations.
Core Duties:
- Perform IPQA checks during manufacturing, packing, and dispensing
- Execute and document line clearance and readiness checks
- Conduct in-process checks and sampling (in-process, stability, ANSI)
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 210 & 211 guidelines
- Review BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packing Record)
- Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Monitor shopfloor activities including cleaning, sterilization, aseptic operations
- Support process validation, cleaning validation, and aseptic simulations
- Participate in deviation handling, risk assessment, and audit readiness
Required Qualifications
Education:
- B.Sc – Mandatory
- B.Pharm – Preferred
Experience:
- 1 to 4 years in IPQA / Quality Assurance (Pharma)
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines
- Knowledge of data integrity and documentation practices
- Experience in BMR/BPR review and shopfloor QA activities
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (USFDA, 21 CFR)
