Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates in the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) team will be responsible for:
- Conducting analytical method validation for finished pharmaceutical products, OSD formulations, topical products, and APIs.
- Performing routine and developmental analysis using HPLC, UV Spectrophotometers, and Dissolution instruments.
- Executing analytical method transfer activities to Quality Control laboratories.
- Maintaining laboratory compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Preparation and review of analytical documentation, reports, and validation protocols.
- Supporting product development and regulatory submissions through analytical expertise.
Required Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV, and Dissolution systems.
- Knowledge of analytical method validation and method transfer.
- Familiarity with Lab Solutions software.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and laboratory documentation practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master of Science (M.Sc)
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
Experience Required
- Minimum: 2 Years
- Maximum: 4 Years
Candidates with experience in analytical development laboratories, pharmaceutical R&D, QC method validation, or formulation analysis will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Based on current pharmaceutical industry standards in Gujarat, the expected salary range for this role is:
₹4.5 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA
