Key Responsibilities
HPLC Analytical Activities
- Perform HPLC analysis including Assay, Related Substances (RS), and content determination.
- Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct dissolution studies for regular release, multimedia, and stability samples.
- Execute analytical method development and method validation activities.
- Maintain GMP-compliant analytical documentation and records.
- Perform routine quality control analytical testing.
GC-MS Analytical Activities
- Troubleshoot and maintain GC and GC-MS instruments.
- Conduct Extractables and Leachables (E&L) studies for pharmaceutical and medical device projects.
- Develop, optimize, and validate GC-MS analytical methods.
- Ensure compliance with ICH and global regulatory guidelines.
- Support analytical investigations and research projects.
