Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle QMS activities, validations, and qualifications.
- Manage CAPA, OOS, and OOT investigations independently.
- Prepare SOPs, protocols, reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory readiness.
Quality Control (Chemical)
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC, TOC, and UV Spectrophotometer.
- Perform testing activities as per GLP and GDP requirements.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and records.
Production
- Manage production operations in dry powder injection manufacturing.
- Handle skilled and unskilled manpower.
- Ensure GMP compliance and aseptic behavior practices.
- Maintain production documentation and process records.
Quality Control (Microbiology)
- Conduct environmental monitoring.
- Perform water sampling and microbiological testing.
- Execute MLT and related microbiology activities.
Packing
- Supervise packing operations and manpower allocation.
- Monitor productivity and packaging quality.
- Prepare daily production and packing reports.
Store
- Manage material inward, dispensing, and inventory activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and QMS compliance.
- Work on Pharmacloud systems and store management processes.
Dispatch
- Coordinate finished goods dispatch activities.
- Prepare dispatch documents and shipping records.
- Ensure timely deliveries and GMP/GDP compliance.
Qualifications Required
Educational Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc
- Diploma in relevant discipline
- Other relevant pharmaceutical and life sciences qualifications
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP, and QMS.
- Experience in dry powder injection manufacturing.
- Documentation and compliance expertise.
- Analytical instrument handling experience.
- CAPA, OOS, and OOT investigation skills.
