Key Responsibilities
Quality & Accreditation Management
- Lead NABH and NABL compliance programs across departments.
- Conduct internal quality audits and facility inspections.
- Perform gap assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) closure processes.
- Maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and policy documentation.
- Ensure compliance with KPME, BMW, PCB, AERB, and other statutory regulations.
Patient Safety & Operational Excellence
- Monitor infection control and patient safety practices.
- Track Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) indicators.
- Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
- Manage patient grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Support facility modernization and equipment maintenance documentation.
Clinical Research Coordination
- Coordinate clinical research activities according to ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Support Principal Investigators with protocol review and ethics submissions.
- Maintain source documentation and study records.
- Coordinate sponsor audits, monitoring visits, and regulatory inspections.
- Manage study closeout activities and archival documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate quality committees and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Support regulatory submissions and audit responses.
- Facilitate communication between management, investigators, and external stakeholders.
Training & Development
- Conduct NABH and NABL awareness training sessions.
- Deliver clinical research compliance training.
- Track training effectiveness and compliance metrics.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Hospital Administration (BHA)
- Bachelor of Hospital Management (BHM)
- Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)
- MBA in Hospital Management
- MBA in Hospital Administration
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital quality management.
- Experience with NABH accreditation processes.
- Knowledge of NABL standards and compliance requirements.
