Job Responsibilities
As a Custodian in the Clinical Pharmacology department, the selected candidate will support the controlled management of clinical study documents, records, and related materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and manage clinical study-related documents, essential files, and records.
- Ensure proper receipt, identification, storage, tracking, retrieval, and management of study documents and materials.
- Maintain accurate logs, registers, trackers, and supporting documentation according to applicable SOPs and study requirements.
- Coordinate with Clinical Pharmacology, Quality Assurance, Data Management, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure clinical study documentation remains properly organized, controlled, and traceable.
- Support document archiving and retrieval activities.
- Follow company SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of clinical study information.
- Provide required documents and records during internal and external audits or inspections.
- Perform routine administrative and coordination activities associated with clinical studies.
Qualification and Eligibility
