Key Responsibilities and Skills
R&D: Candidates should have expertise in API process development, route scouting, organic synthesis, process optimization, scale-up, technology transfer, impurity profiling, DOE, risk assessment, data integrity, GMP documentation and regulatory support such as DMF/ANDA activities.
Production: Responsibilities include API production operations, reactor and centrifuge handling, filtration, drying, material charging, equipment cleaning, BMR documentation, GMP/SOP compliance, chemical handling, deviations, CAPA, change control and EHS requirements.
Quality Control: Candidates should understand GMP, GLP, ALCOA+++/data integrity principles, HPLC, GC, wet chemistry, microbiology, stability studies, OOS/OOT/OOE investigations, CAPA, deviations and laboratory documentation.
Quality Assurance: The role covers end-to-end QMS activities including deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPA, change control, market complaints, root-cause analysis and risk assessments. Openings may involve IPQA, Analytical QA, Validation, Batch Release and Documentation Control.
Engineering: Relevant skills include preventive and reliability maintenance, utilities, validation, calibration, equipment commissioning, CAPEX projects, RCA, EHS and GMP compliance. Electrical candidates should have knowledge of LT/HT systems, DG/UPS, MCC, switchgear, PLC/VFD troubleshooting and LOTO.
Warehouse: Responsibilities include inventory and material management, GRN processing, SAP/ERP, FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, dispatch, storage and segregation, documentation, temperature-controlled storage, EHS and audit compliance.
Eligibility & Preferred Experience
