Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Coder Trainee, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Reviewing patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assigning accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensuring compliance with medical coding standards and healthcare regulations.
- Maintaining coding accuracy and productivity targets.
- Working closely with quality and audit teams.
- Supporting healthcare providers through accurate documentation practices.
- Learning and implementing coding guidelines during training.
Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences.
