Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Execute technology transfer activities for injectable dosage forms.
- Plan and perform Scale-up, Exhibit, and Process Validation batches.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and manufacturing equipment.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and batch execution.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process deviations.
- Compare manufacturing data and investigate process-related issues at Sun Pharma and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
- Prepare, review, and maintain technology transfer and validation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams for successful technology transfer.
Required Qualification
Applicants should possess:
- M.Pharm degree.
- 1–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience in Injectable Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T).
- Knowledge of Technology Transfer and Process Validation.
