Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain cGMP documentation as per SOPs.
- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse areas including CNC and Grade D.
- Dispense raw materials, solvents, and acids according to process requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment including:
- Reverse Laminar Air Flow Units
- Weighing Balances
- Walk-in Cold Rooms
- Freezers
- Dynamic Pass Boxes
- Perform SAP transactions and use WiND system during dispensing.
- Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Record e-log entries for equipment and warehouse areas.
- Transfer dispensed materials while maintaining storage conditions.
- Perform calibration and verification of weighing balances.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper segregation and storage of materials.
- Maintain dispensing accessories with proper labeling.
- Perform cold chain packaging and maintain cold chain boxes.
- Complete mandatory SOP and EOP trainings.
- Follow personal hygiene and gowning procedures.
- Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams.
- Report deviations immediately to supervisors.
- Operate mobile compactor racks.
- Follow EHS guidelines and statutory compliance.
Required Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Post Graduation in Science
- OR M.Sc. Chemistry
