Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Execute analytical experiments using advanced physico-chemical techniques.
- Develop LC-MS-based methodologies for protein and peptide characterization.
- Design integrated analytical strategies using chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative assessment of product-related variants and impurities.
- Develop innovative sample preparation techniques for LC-MS, CEX-MS, SEC-MS, Native MS, and HDX studies.
- Characterize innovator product batches sourced from multiple geographical regions.
- Develop analytical workflows for:
- Multi-Attribute Methods (MAM)
- Post-Translational Modifications (PTMs)
- Sequence Variant Analysis
- Host Cell Protein (HCP) Profiling
- Disulfide Bond Analysis
- Cell Culture Metabolite Analysis
- Glycan Profiling
- Perform sample preparation, data acquisition, processing, and interpretation using HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, HRMS, and CE platforms.
- Work on Thermo, Waters, and Sciex analytical instruments.
Required Qualifications
