Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Coordinate end-to-end pharmaceutical R&D projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Formulation, Analytical, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Management teams.
- Conduct cross-functional project meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Monitor project status and proactively resolve delays.
- Track project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare project charters, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
- Present regular progress updates to senior leadership.
- Maintain documentation and accountability systems.
- Support stakeholder communication and resource planning.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- M.Pharm with MBA (Pharma MBA preferred)
- Preference for candidates from NMIMS
- 3–8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and project tracking knowledge
- Budget planning and reporting experience
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage
