Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Officer – RM & PM, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring quality and food safety compliance during raw material and packaging material receiving.
- Sampling and analyzing incoming RM and PM according to approved specifications.
- Reviewing supplier Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and related quality documentation.
- Releasing or rejecting raw materials and packaging materials based on established specifications.
- Maintaining RM/PM specifications, sampling plans, analytical records and quality documentation.
- Monitoring material shelf life, retesting requirements and rejection status.
- Supporting investigations and corrective actions related to raw material and packaging quality issues.
- Monitoring and reporting supplier quality performance.
- Preparing monthly quality reports and maintaining relevant quality records.
- Coordinating with suppliers, external laboratories and internal quality teams.
- Supporting packaging-material trials and supplier meetings.
- Participating in supplier audits and other quality-related assessments.
- Supporting compliance with applicable food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
