Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Bayer, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Provide evidence-based medical and scientific information.
- Support medical education initiatives and scientific exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, and Commercial teams.
- Deliver scientific presentations and product-related updates.
- Collect and communicate medical insights from healthcare professionals.
- Support clinical research activities where applicable.
- Ensure all scientific engagements comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
