Amneal Trainee Associate Packaging Job Description
The Trainee Associate – Packaging will support pharmaceutical packaging operations while learning industry-standard manufacturing practices. The selected candidate will work under experienced professionals to operate packaging equipment, maintain documentation, follow cGMP guidelines, and ensure product quality.
This position offers excellent exposure to pharmaceutical packaging systems, quality compliance, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Assist in operating automated pharmaceutical packaging equipment.
- Support blister packing operations.
- Perform bottle filling and capping activities.
- Assist in cartoning and labeling processes.
- Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing and packaging records.
- Ensure proper documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of packaging areas.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials.
- Participate in training programs to improve packaging skills.
- Support CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow safety policies and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
