Job Responsibilities
1. Production – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Supervise production activities according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and GMP requirements.
- Ensure production targets, safety, and quality compliance.
- Monitor batch processing, yields, and equipment.
2. Production – Plant Operator
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, filters, and dryers.
- Perform charging, filtration, drying, and unloading activities.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and workplace housekeeping.
3. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Perform routine wet laboratory and instrumental analysis.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the R&D team for daily analysis.
4. Research & Development (R&D)
- Execute laboratory experiments and maintain records.
- Ensure documentation in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Apply knowledge of chemical reactions and properties.
- Manage R&D raw materials and sample inventory.
5. Warehouse
- Handle material receipt, storage, dispensing, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory and ERP records.
- Ensure GMP compliance, housekeeping, and safety.
Eligibility and Qualifications
