Key Responsibilities
As a QA-IPQA professional at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in the manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deviation Management: Identifying, investigating, and resolving deviations in the manufacturing process.
- Change Control Management: Overseeing and implementing changes to processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- CAPA Management: Developing and executing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
- Market Complaints: Handling and resolving customer complaints related to product quality.
- Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
- Line Clearance and In-Process Checks: Performing line clearance, in-process checks, and batch sampling to ensure product quality.
- Document Review: Reviewing batch manufacturing and packing documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Process Validation: Expertise in process validation, cleaning validation, verification, and hold time studies.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory audits from agencies such as EU, MHRA, and USFDA.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
