About the Role
As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with investigators, sponsors, and patients. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient safety will be critical to the success of our research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and study protocols.
- Coordinate patient recruitment, informed consent, and follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including case report forms (CRFs) and trial master files.
- Communicate effectively with principal investigators, ethics committees, and sponsors regarding study progress.
- Oversee sample collection, handling, and shipment as per protocol guidelines.
- Manage adverse event reporting and ensure patient safety throughout the trial.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 0-6 months of experience in clinical research (freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
