Responsibilities in the Job
As a Graduate Trainee, selected candidates will:
- Undergo hands-on training in quality control, microbiological analysis, and chemical testing at HLL’s state-of-the-art manufacturing unit.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards and procedures.
- Participate in the production and analysis of healthcare products.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold the quality and safety of products.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry or Microbiology with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Age Limit:
- For TDS trainees: Maximum 35 years as of 01-06-2024.
- Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India norms.
Skills Required
Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of microbiological and chemical laboratory techniques.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to industrial work environments.
- Good communication skills; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.
Stipend Details
Trainees will receive the following stipends during the training period:
- First Year: ₹10,000/month
- Second Year: ₹11,000/month
- Third Year: ₹12,500/month
