Position: Analyst & Group Leader – Bioanalytical Research

Roles and Responsibilities in the Job:
- Method Development and Validation: The candidate will be responsible for developing and validating bioanalytical methods for biologics and biosimilars. This includes ensuring methods meet regulatory standards such as those outlined by the USFDA.
- Sample Analysis: The candidate will conduct bioanalytical analysis of biological samples, utilizing various techniques such as HPLC, GC, mass spectrometry, and chromatography to ensure accurate results.
- Collaborative Efforts: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality results, supporting other departments within the organization.
- Stability Testing: Conduct stability testing on biological products under various environmental conditions to ensure product integrity.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: The role involves troubleshooting analytical instruments, ensuring proper calibration, and performing routine maintenance of instruments like HPLC, UPLC, and mass spectrometers.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or a Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharma) from an accredited institution.
- Work Experience: 2 – 7 years of experience in bioanalytical research or related fields, specifically in biologics and biosimilars.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, MS, ICP-MS, and wet analysis.
- Experience with method development, validation, and sample analysis for biologics and biosimilars.
- Strong understanding of bioanalytical techniques used in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments. Strong communication skills are also important.
