Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- Diploma in Clinical Research
- M.Sc in Clinical Research
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Clinical Research.
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Coordinating clinical research studies at assigned sites.
- Assisting Principal Investigators during clinical trials.
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Screening and enrolling eligible study participants.
- Maintaining Trial Master Files (TMF) and essential study documents.
- Coordinating subject visits and follow-ups.
- Recording accurate clinical data and resolving data queries.
- Managing communication between sponsors, investigators, and ethics committees.
- Ensuring timely reporting of adverse events and protocol deviations.
- Supporting monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Clinical Research processes.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple clinical trial activities.
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation management.
