Eligibility Criteria

- Be a faculty member at a recognized Indian pharmacy institute.
- Be under 45 years of age as of April 1, 2025.
- Hold a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences or related fields.
- Demonstrate significant contributions to teaching and research in pharmaceutical sciences and technology.

Interested candidates should prepare an application package that does not exceed 7 pages and includes:
- Abstract (1 Page): A concise summary of qualifications, contributions, and goals (approximately 250 words).
- Publications and Achievements (2 Pages): A bullet-point list of 8-10 pertinent, peer-reviewed publications and other relevant achievements.
- Biodata (1-2 Pages): Detailed educational background including Ph.D. and work experience, number of graduate students mentored, and any special awards or recognitions.
- Reference Letters (2 Pages): Two letters from reputable sources, with at least one from outside the candidate’s institution and one from the head of the institution.
