Job Description
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh is hiring a Senior Project Associate for a prestigious DBT-funded project under the “NIDAN Kendra” initiative. This is a contractual position with an opportunity to work in a premier medical research institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and development activities in biochemistry/biotechnology.
- Assisting in the establishment and functioning of the NIDAN Kendra.
- Collaborating with academic and industrial research teams.
- Documenting research findings and contributing to scientific publications.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology from a recognized university AND
- 4 years of experience in R&D (industrial/academic institutions) OR
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or MD (Biochemistry) from a recognized university.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong research background in medical sciences.
- Experience in handling laboratory equipment and data analysis.
- Publications in reputed journals will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹42,000 per month + HRA (as per DST guidelines).
