Eligibility Criteria for Clinical Research Coordinator
Essential Educational Qualification
- Graduation in a relevant field (Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Nursing/Medicine).
Essential Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Phase II/III/IV clinical trials, specifically in sickle cell disease interventional studies.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to read doctors’ prescriptions and medical notes.
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry, reporting).
Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work under the Principal Investigator (PI) and will be responsible for:
✔ Coordinating with study sites, monitoring trials, and ensuring GCP compliance.
✔ Collecting patient data, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining records.
✔ Administering trial drugs as per infusion protocols.
✔ Handling blood sample collection, centrifugation, and data entry.
✔ Ensuring informed consent procedures are followed.
✔ Assisting in patient admission/discharge and telephonic follow-ups.
