Position
Senior Executive – Formulation R&D (Parenteral/Ophthalmic)
The selected candidate will work on formulation and process development for parenteral pharmaceutical products, with a focus on sterile injectables, ophthalmic formulations and lyophilized products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct formulation and process development activities for parenteral pharmaceutical products.
- Perform pre-formulation, compatibility, stability and optimization studies.
- Develop and optimize lyophilization cycles and scalable manufacturing processes.
- Support exhibit batches, scale-up, technology transfer and commercial manufacturing activities.
- Prepare development reports, SOPs, Master Formula Records (MFRs), stability documents and regulatory support documentation.
- Collaborate with Analytical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance (QA) and Manufacturing teams.
- Apply scientific problem-solving skills and support fellow team members.
Eligibility and Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics.
- Experience: 3–5 years.
- Strong experience in sterile injectable or ophthalmic dosage form development.
- Hands-on expertise in lyophilization and sterile injections.
- Experience in technology transfer, scale-up and ICH stability studies.
- Understanding of Quality by Design (QbD) principles and global regulatory expectations.
Knowledge of complex parenteral products will be an added advantage.
