Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification

Applicants must possess either:

• Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or relevant subjects from a recognized university

OR

• Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution

AND

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• At least one SCI research publication as First Author or Corresponding Author.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates having:

• Three SCI publications (minimum one as First/Corresponding Author)
• Experience in Health Technology Assessment (HTA)
• Cost-effectiveness analysis
• Economic evaluation
• Public Health or Social Science experience
• Government-funded project experience
• Knowledge of:

Job Responsibilities

The selected Research Assistant will:

• Coordinate with the Principal Investigator and project stakeholders.
• Collect clinical, administrative, financial, HR, infrastructure, and equipment-related data.
• Perform data entry, validation, cleaning, and database management.
• Assist in report preparation and statistical analysis.
• Coordinate with hospital departments for project implementation.
• Conduct field visits across Assam and other locations when required.
• Participate in project monitoring, quality assurance, and audits.
• Attend training programs and review meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of project data.
• Prepare documentation and periodic reports.
• Assist in project administration and logistics.
• Help prepare grant proposals and ethics committee submissions.
• Perform additional duties assigned by AIIMS Guwahati, DHR, or ICMR.
