Key Responsibilities
As the AGM/DGM of Formulation Development (NCE), you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the formulation development team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Formulation Development: Oversee the development of NCE formulations from pre-clinical to commercial stages.
- Strategic Planning: Define and implement formulation development strategies aligned with R&D and business goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare development reports, protocols, and documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Innovation: Identify and implement cutting-edge formulation technologies for advanced drug delivery systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless transitions from R&D to commercial production.
- Regulatory Submissions: Oversee the preparation of IND, NDA, and ANDA submissions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to regulatory queries.
