Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Execute chemical synthesis reactions on milligram to gram scale.
- Synthesize target molecules according to client specifications.
- Develop efficient synthetic routes using modern chemistry techniques.
- Ensure laboratory safety by following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Maintain accurate experimental records while ensuring Data Integrity.
- Perform purification of synthesized compounds.
- Interpret analytical data using NMR and LCMS.
- Handle automated synthesis and purification systems (preferred).
- Maintain documentation using Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams to deliver client projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry.
- 3–7 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Experience working in Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry.
- Hands-on experience with purification and analytical characterization.
- Knowledge of NMR and LCMS interpretation.
- Familiarity with Electronic Lab Notebook systems.
- Excellent laboratory documentation and communication skills.
