🔹 OSD / R&D Division

  • Micro QC (OSD)

  • Analytical Method Validation
  • Production (Granulation, Compression)

  • Roles: Technician to Assistant Manager (1–12 yrs)

🧪 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle API/OSD production operations like granulation, compression, synthesis, and scale-up
  • Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and other instruments
  • Execute IPQA, QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, and documentation
  • Conduct analytical method validation & stability studies
  • Support regulatory submissions and compliance for API dossiers
  • Maintain warehouse inventory, dispensing, and documentation
  • Ensure GMP, GLP, and data integrity compliance
  • Handle engineering maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting

🎓 Qualifications

  • API/Production/QA/QC/ADL: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma / ITI
  • Engineering: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
  • Warehouse: B.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc
  • IT: B.Tech / B.E
  • Experience: 1 to 15 years
