Formulation R&D (F&D)

Experience Required

  • 2–4 years in Formulation Development (OSD or Liquid Orals)
  • 4–5 years in Formulation Development Technology Transfer (F&D TT)

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

Experience Required

  • 3–12 years
  • Experience in OSD and Liquid Oral analytical development

Project Management (PM)

Experience Required

  • 2–4 years in Pharmaceutical Project Management

Business Development (BD)

Experience Required

  • 10–15 years
  • Experience in regulated markets
  • Exposure to MENA & ROW markets
  • Out-licensing experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Formulation R&D

  • Develop oral solid dosage (OSD) and liquid oral formulations.
  • Execute formulation optimization and technology transfer activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation for product development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments during development.

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

  • Develop and validate analytical methods.
  • Perform routine analytical testing.
  • Support formulation development and stability studies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Project Management

  • Coordinate pharmaceutical development projects.
  • Track project timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely execution of product development activities.

Business Development

  • Identify licensing and partnership opportunities.
  • Handle regulated market business expansion.
  • Manage MENA and ROW business portfolios.
  • Lead out-licensing discussions with international partners.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications such as:

  • M.Pharm
  • B.Pharm
  • M.Sc
  • B.Sc
  • MBA (for Business Development roles)
  • Other relevant pharmaceutical qualifications

Applicants must have the required industry experience mentioned for the respective position.
