📌 Job Description: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in clinical trial documentation (eTMF, regulatory submissions, study files).
✔ Support site coordination, investigator communication, and trial monitoring.
✔ Maintain trial master files (TMF) and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
✔ Assist in data collection, patient recruitment tracking, and case report form (CRF) review.
✔ Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and investigators for smooth trial execution.
📋 Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)
OR
✔ Minimum 2 years as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
❌ Freshers cannot apply (Not an entry-level role)
🎯 Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, eTMF systems, and clinical trial software.
- Strong organizational & communication skills.
