Job Opening: Junior Research Associate/Research Associate – Analytical Service Biologics
Location: Genome Valley, Hyderabad
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm / M.Tech in Biochemistry or Biotechnology
Experience: 2 to 4 Years in analytical method development, particularly in Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on experimentation in mAbs, proteins, peptides, and related biologics.
- Independently plan and execute experiments for assigned project tasks.
- Perform CE method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate documentation of lab records, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Assist the group leader in implementing lab procedures and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CE, SDS-PAGE, 2D-SDS, Western blotting, and IEF techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong expertise in Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), including method conceptualization and validation.
- Familiarity with different modes of CE separation.
- Experience in SDS-PAGE, 2D-SDS, Western blotting, and Isoelectric Focusing (IEF) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
